VISENTRA LAB FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Visentra Lab?

Visentra Lab is an independent platform that helps people discover, access, and participate in AI-related projects. We provide project information, invite access, practical guidance, and one-on-one support. Visentra Lab is not the official website or operator of VideoBank AI or Anaxi Labs.

What is VideoBank AI?

VideoBank AI is the current project featured on Visentra Lab. Participants complete eligible real-world activities, record them according to the task requirements, and submit their videos for review.

How do I get started?

Start by visiting the Project page to understand the current project and recording requirements. Then go to the Download page, copy the required invite code, install the Android app, and follow the available task instructions inside the app.

Do I need an invite code?

Yes. The current VideoBank AI access flow requires an invite code. Visentra Lab provides the current invite code on the Download page so you can copy it before installing or opening the app.

How much can I earn?

The current VideoBank AI project offers at least $3 for each hour of eligible participation. For example, current task examples include 10 minutes for 50 points, 20 minutes for 100 points, and 30 minutes for 150 points. 100 points equals $1 USD.

Actual earnings depend on available tasks, eligible participation, project requirements, and approval.

What kinds of tasks are available?

Tasks can include real-world activities such as cooking, cleaning, organizing, unpacking, tool use, repair, assembly, food preparation, production, packaging, quality-control, and service-related activities. Available tasks may change and new tasks are added or updated regularly.

How should I record my task videos?

Record every task in first-person view and follow the instructions shown for that specific task. Keep both hands visible for most of the video when the task allows, show the starting condition, record continuously without cuts or editing, keep movements natural, and make sure the scene is well lit.

The key to approval is simple: follow the task requirements and record exactly as instructed.

Can I reuse the same task scene?

Yes. A realistic task scene can be set up and reused for different eligible tasks.

For example, if you prepare a room for Cleaning Task A, you may reset or rearrange that same room and use it again for Cleaning Task B or another eligible cleaning task.

You can repeat this process with the same physical location as long as you perform the task again and follow the requirements for each new recording.

Reuse the scene — not the video.

Never upload the same recorded video more than once.

How does task review work?

After you submit a task, its status may appear as Active, Reviewing, Approved, or Rejected. Approved and settled submissions receive the corresponding reward points. Following the task instructions and recording requirements carefully gives your submission the best chance of meeting the project requirements.

How do withdrawals work?

100 points equals $1 USD, and the current minimum withdrawal is $5 USD. Withdrawals are normally processed within 24 hours. Depending on the options available in the account, payout methods may include debit card or bank through Stripe, bank transfer through Wise, or USDT.

Availability of individual payout methods may depend on the user's account, country, and the options currently provided by the project.
