This Privacy Policy explains how Visentra Lab (“Visentra Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit visentralab.com, sign up for email updates, contact us through WhatsApp or email, or follow links from our website to third-party services.

Visentra Lab is an independent project discovery, access, promotion, and support platform. We help people learn about and access opportunities to participate in AI-related projects. Visentra Lab does not operate VideoBank AI and is not the official website or company of VideoBank AI or Anaxi Labs. Visentra Lab is not an employer, bank, financial institution, investment platform, or cryptocurrency platform.

1. Information We Collect

Information you submit through our website

When you use our Future Project Updates form, we collect:

• your email address; and
• your consent to receive project updates, participation opportunities, and promotional emails from Visentra Lab.

Our current public signup form does not ask for your first name, last name, full name, telephone or WhatsApp number, postal address, country, payment information, or government identification.

Fluent Forms also stores technical and submission information with the form entry, including your full IP address, the source or referring page URL, browser, device type, and the date and time of submission.

Information you provide when contacting us

If you contact us by email or through WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to provide. Depending on the service, this may include your email address, WhatsApp account information or telephone number made visible by WhatsApp, profile name, message content, and any files or other information you send.

Email engagement information

When we send email through FluentCRM, our current settings record whether an email was opened and whether links in the email were clicked. These records may include related technical information, such as the date and time of the activity and an IP address. IP anonymization in FluentCRM activity logs is not currently enabled.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• operate, maintain, protect, and troubleshoot the website;
• process email signup requests and confirm new subscriptions through double opt-in;
• send project updates, participation opportunities, and promotional emails when you have agreed to receive them;
• understand email delivery and engagement, including opens and link clicks;
• respond to questions and provide one-on-one support;
• manage consent, subscription preferences, and unsubscribe requests;
• prevent misuse and investigate delivery, security, or technical problems; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not use information collected through the website to present Visentra Lab as the operator of VideoBank AI or as your employer, bank, financial institution, investment provider, or cryptocurrency provider.

3. Email Communications and Tracking

The website uses Fluent Forms to receive signup submissions. An enabled integration sends a new contact’s email address to FluentCRM. First name, last name, full name, and contact tags are not mapped through this form. New contacts use double opt-in, which means they must complete the confirmation process before being treated as subscribed. Force Subscribe is not enabled.

If you subscribe, we may send project updates, participation opportunities, and promotional messages from Visentra Lab. Standard email footers include Unsubscribe and Manage Email Subscriptions links. You may use either link to change your preferences or stop promotional emails, or contact support@visentralab.com. One-click unsubscribe is not currently enabled. We may retain a limited suppression record when needed to continue honoring an unsubscribe request.

FluentCRM email open tracking and click tracking are currently enabled. This means we may record whether an email was opened and whether a link in an email was clicked. We use this information to understand email delivery and engagement and to manage our communications. You can avoid future tracking by unsubscribing from promotional emails. Some email applications may also limit the loading of remote content, which can affect open tracking.

FluentCRM’s Gravatar feature is enabled. To look for an avatar associated with a contact, a hashed form of the contact’s email address may be provided to Gravatar. A fallback image is used when no associated Gravatar image is available. Gravatar handles information under its own privacy terms.

We use FluentSMTP with Namecheap Private Email to send outgoing website email through mail.privateemail.com using TLS. Outgoing-email delivery logs are currently enabled and are automatically deleted after approximately 14 days. These logs may contain the sender, recipient email address, subject, sanitized email body or content, delivery status, send date and time, sending duration, SMTP delivery-service information, and delivery or error details when applicable.

4. WhatsApp Communications

Our website includes external wa.me links that open a conversation with Visentra Lab through WhatsApp. A link may include a prefilled message for your convenience. You decide whether to send the message.

Clicking a WhatsApp link does not give the Visentra Lab website access to your complete WhatsApp chat history, and our current website does not include a WhatsApp AI system. If you send a message, WhatsApp processes the communication under its own terms and privacy policy. Visentra Lab support personnel receive the message and the account or contact information WhatsApp makes available to the recipient. Do not send sensitive information through WhatsApp unless it is necessary for your support request.

Cookies, Meta Pixel, and Advertising Measurement

Visentra Lab uses the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors interact with our website, measure advertising performance, and improve advertising and audience measurement.

When the Meta Pixel is active, Meta may receive information about visits and interactions on visentralab.com, including pages viewed, browser or device information, cookies or similar identifiers, and certain website events.

We may use Meta Pixel to record events such as page views, visits to the Download page, clicks on download options, successful copying of a referral code, clicks to Google Play, clicks to WhatsApp support, and successful submission of the Future Project Updates form.

Our custom Meta Pixel implementation is designed not to send your email address, telephone number, referral code, WhatsApp message, form-field contents, or backup APK URL as custom event parameters.

Meta may use information received through its Business Tools for advertising measurement, attribution, audience services, ad delivery, and other purposes described in Meta’s applicable terms and privacy materials.

Meta Pixel may use cookies and similar technologies. Depending on your location and applicable law, we may ask for your consent before activating advertising or measurement technologies that are not strictly necessary.

You may be able to manage or limit advertising-related data use through your Meta account settings, browser settings, and cookie choices available on our website.

WordPress, forms, security features, hosting services, and other essential website functions may also use cookies or similar technologies where necessary for security, session management, form processing, and site operation.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

We distinguish among software operating in our WordPress environment, external providers that help us operate the website, and external services you choose to visit.

Software in the WordPress environment

Our website uses WordPress and the Blocksy theme. It also uses Fluent Forms for signup submissions, FluentCRM for contact and email management, and FluentSMTP for outgoing-email delivery. These tools operate as part of our configured WordPress environment. Their inclusion does not mean that every plugin or theme developer automatically receives all visitor information.

Service providers

EasyWP / Namecheap hosts the website and provides hosting security and backup capabilities. Namecheap Private Email provides outgoing-email delivery through the configured SMTP service. Gravatar may receive a hashed form of an email address when FluentCRM checks for a contact avatar. These providers process information according to their services and applicable privacy terms.

Meta Platforms provides the Meta Pixel and related advertising measurement services. When the Meta Pixel is active, information about website visits and interactions may be transmitted to Meta and processed under Meta’s applicable terms and privacy policies.

External links selected by you

Our website links to WhatsApp for support and to Google Play and VideoBank AI for app access. When you leave visentralab.com, the third party’s terms and privacy policy apply.

Information you provide directly to VideoBank AI or another project operator—including registration, task, device, earnings, payment, tax, or identity information—is not collected through the current Visentra Lab website signup form. That information is governed by the relevant third party’s practices.

7. Data Retention

Fluent Forms entries and FluentCRM contact records are currently stored. Because no fixed deletion period is configured or verified for those records, we retain them for as long as reasonably necessary to manage subscriptions and consent, provide requested communications or support, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.

FluentSMTP outgoing-email delivery logs are automatically deleted after approximately 14 days under the current configuration.

Hosting access logs and EasyWP backups may follow separate retention schedules. Their exact retention periods have not been verified. Information may remain in backups for the period required by the hosting and recovery process.

Deleting a related WordPress user does not currently cause the associated FluentCRM contact to be deleted automatically. We therefore review privacy and deletion requests across the relevant systems. We may retain limited records when reasonably necessary to honor an unsubscribe request, protect security, resolve disputes, or comply with law.

8. Data Security

The public website is delivered over HTTPS. Outgoing website email is transmitted to the configured SMTP service using TLS. EasyWP / Namecheap hosting currently includes a Web Application Firewall, MalwareGuardian malware monitoring and automatic cleaning protection, HackGuardian, and automated backup capabilities.

These safeguards are designed to reduce risk, but no website, email system, backup, or messaging service can guarantee complete security. Please use care when deciding what information to send online.

9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may:

• choose not to submit the signup form;
• complete or decline the double opt-in confirmation;
• use the Unsubscribe or Manage Email Subscriptions links in our marketing emails;
• choose whether to contact us through WhatsApp;
• request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of personal information we control; and
• depending on where you live, exercise additional privacy rights under applicable law.

Our current WordPress configuration supports including FluentCRM contact information in a WordPress personal-data export. To make a privacy request, email support@visentralab.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it. Because deletion of a WordPress user does not automatically delete a related FluentCRM contact, requests may need to be completed separately across the relevant systems.

Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary to honor an unsubscribe request, protect security, resolve disputes, or comply with law.

10. Children’s Privacy

The website is not intended for children under 13 or below a higher minimum age where applicable law requires it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child who is not legally permitted to provide it. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the website, contact support@visentralab.com so we can review the request and take appropriate action.

Individual projects and apps may impose separate age, location, eligibility, or participation requirements. Visentra Lab does not state a VideoBank AI-specific minimum age in this Policy because no project-specific age requirement has been verified for this website.

11. International Users

If you access the website from a country different from the countries where our website infrastructure or service providers operate, your information may be processed outside your location. Privacy protections and government access rules may differ. We use service providers as needed to operate the website and handle communications, subject to applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law. Contact us if you wish to make a request.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, communications, providers, configurations, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the Last Updated date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice when required by applicable law.
